How long will it take to receive my order ?
Many of our products are kept in stock and will ship out within 1 to 2 business days. If you are ordering near a weekend or holiday, be aware that your order will not ship out until after the weekend or holiday. We currently offer 2 options for shipping: Standard and Express. Standard shipping will take from 2 to 4 days to ship to you (AFTER we ship your package) and Express shipping will take from 1 to 2 days to ship to you (again, AFTER we ship your package).
I live near Scotts Valley - may I visit your store?
Bird Central is primarily an online store with a warehouse that is not open to the public. Also, many of our products are now shipped out directly from our various manufacturers, who are mostly based in the Mid-West and East Coast area.
Do you have a catalog?
There is no print catalog for Bird Central . Most items are displayed here on the website, which is updated and changed regularly for new arrivals or to remove sold-out products.
Do you really offer 100% satisfaction?
Absolutely! You'll learn that our Guarantee of Satisfaction policy is intended to make sure you are completely satisfied. That is why we will either offer you an exchange OR we will simply offer you a complete refund, with the exception of the Shipping and Handling costs. You are also responsible for shipping the item back to us, with the clothes in their original condition, and not having been worn. Our guarantee is good for 10 days after you receive your purchase.
How can I pay for the products I order?
We only accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) for payment of your order.

To convince you that we are serious about making sure you risk nothing, Bird Central will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00, if your bank decides to hold you liable for any of the $50.00 - but this offer is only good if your credit card was used in a fraudulent manner through no fault of your own when making a purchase from Bird Central using our Secure Server option.
